Duxbury Occupational Therapy provides occupational therapy to pediatric and adult clients in Duxbury, Massachusetts, and the surrounding towns. We provide occupational therapy to clients in their home, out in the community or via on-line teletherapy.
Duxbury Occupational Therapy’s direct service area within Massachusetts includes: Duxbury, Marshfield, Pembroke & Kingston. Duxbury Occupational Therapy will travel outside of the service area within Plymouth County for a mileage fee equal to the current IRS federal mileage rate for business use.
Dr. Wilma Rizal Bilton earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Clark University, her Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from Tufts University, and went on to earn her Post-Professional Clinical Doctorate in Occupational Therapy at New England Institute of Technology. She has lived on the South Shore her entire life and currently lives with her family in Duxbury, MA.

Duxbury Occupational Therapy is a cash-based private practice providing high-quality, client-centered occupational therapy services focused on the goals and outcomes most important to each client. Services are offered at a time and in the setting most convenient for clients and their families — whether in the home, workplace, community, at the Duxbury Occupational Therapy office in Duxbury, MA, or through online teletherapy. Superbills are available for clients who wish to submit documentation to their insurance for possible reimbursement.
